Who are you and what do you do?
I’m James Conway, I own C2 Graphics Productivity Solutions and James Conway Photography. I’m an Adobe Certified Instructor for Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and Dreamweaver. My two most popular classes are Standards Based Web Design and Flash Actionscripting. I’ve been involved in the creative end of the digital industry since the beginning, I managed one of Milwaukee’s first digital imaging centers in the early nineties using Photoshop 1 and Illustrator 88. As far as photography, I have a studio in the 5th ward where I shoot a great deal of small product catalog work but in recent years I’ve been moving into fashion, beauty and glamour and enjoying it immensely.
Why are you attending PhotoCampMilwaukee?
I’m looking to be surprised. I want to learn something I didn’t know I wanted to learn.

If you were to lead a session, what would it be about?
Glamour, fashion or fine art nude photography.
Portrait and Glamour retouching in Photoshop.

If you were to attend your dream session, what would it be about?
It would involve Kate Moss, that’s for sure. Wait, no, no that’s not what I meant, I mean…
No, I guess it is what I meant. Is Kate going to be at camp?
Otherwise I’m always interested when someone talks about something they have an absolute passion for.
Tell us one random fact about yourself.
During a one year period I ate a burrito from Chipotle or Qdoba 350 days out of 365. I now need to eat salads only.
