Wow, in less than 24 hours, the early risers will meet at Bucketworks for the 5AM Photo Walk…
So far Derek, Rachel, Erik, and Rich all say they will be there, ready to go!
There’s talk of heading to Kilbourn Reservoir Park in Riverwest in time for sunrise over the city, which according to Navy is:
Begin civil twilight 5:13 a.m. Sunrise 5:44 a.m.
If you’ve never been to this park, it is the highest point in the city and has an amazing view of downtown. The weather is looking good, and luck has it there will be some low lying clouds to provide some great color.
If you plan on joining them, I’d suggest you get to Bucketworks parking lot around 5AM and look for the bleary-eyed people holding cameras (and coffee)…

I thought about doing my own sunrise fun this morning since I woke up way too early. Leaving Shevegas at 4am to arrive at Bucketworks at 5am just doesn’t sound all like all that much fun…but you never know, I just might make it.
